My clinical and research background primarily focuses on the psychotherapeutic treatment of addictions, anxiety, eating disorders, and depression. Recognizing the profound impact of trauma on overall mental health, I aim to create a safe, compassionate environment that fosters resilience, growth, and self-awareness. Over the years, I have pursued advanced training in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
